Whether these sources passed ATLAS's own checks is on How ATLAS checks itself.

The "Copy taken" date says when ATLAS copied the figures, not when the publisher last changed them. Where a publisher records its own update date, that is shown as well, and the two are not the same thing.
An old copy is not necessarily out of date. A census is not reissued, so a copy taken a year ago is as current as one taken today; an annual estimate is not.
A licence recorded here is what the publisher stated when the copy was taken. It is a prompt to check, never a clearance to publish.
